Terms and Conditions

NEXT.mn is the official website of Next Electronics LLC. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the website and purchases made through it.

These Terms take effect upon the customer’s acceptance and confirmation before making a purchase or using the services.

The following terms have the meanings set out below:

• “E-commerce System” means the website https://next.mn/ (hereinafter referred to as “NEXT”), which offers products and services from Authorized Distributors and enables Users to make purchases online.
• “User” means an individual with full civil legal capacity or a legal entity that accepts the NEXT.mn Terms and uses NEXT.
• “Authorized Distributor” means a legal entity or individual officially authorized to sell products and provide services.
• “Electronic Signature” means a login password, a one-time verification password, or other electronic data used to authenticate a User’s identity.

Before logging in to or registering with NEXT, Users must read the Terms and Privacy Policy in full. By selecting the “I Agree” button, Users confirm their acceptance of the provisions set out in these documents.

Users have the right to decline the Terms and Privacy Policy. Please note that declining them will prevent Users from fully using NEXT for its intended purposes and may have related consequences.

Next Electronics LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” shall jointly monitor compliance with these Terms.

The “www.NEXT.mn” trademark is the property of Next Electronics LLC. Copying, reproducing, imitating, or otherwise using the website’s logo, name, or design is prohibited.

The Company is fully responsible for the administration and security of the website and the confidentiality of Users’ information.

To register as a User, access the login section of NEXT, select either “Log In” or “Register,” and submit your email address and phone number. NEXT will send an Electronic Signature containing a one-time login password to the User’s designated email address and mobile number. After logging in with this Electronic Signature, the User must create a new login password, which serves as their identifying Electronic Signature, and is responsible for safeguarding their personal information.

In addition to registering with an email address, Users may register and log in to NEXT directly through their own Facebook account.

Registration with NEXT enables Users to order products and services, create wishlists, and track their orders.

Users must not share their NEXT login email address or Electronic Signature with others and must take precautions against any associated risks. Users shall bear full responsibility for any loss or damage caused to themselves or others by failing to fulfil, or inadequately fulfilling, this obligation.

Users may freely express and submit feedback, complaints, new ideas, requests to sell new products, and criticism concerning NEXT through any of the following channels:

• The online assistant at www.NEXT.mn.
• A direct message to NEXT Electronics on Facebook.
• Email to online@NEXT.mn.
• The “Submit Feedback” form in the Customer Support section.

Users are fully responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information they provide.

Next Electronics LLC is responsible for the proper operation of NEXT, its information security, and the confidentiality of information.

Users may place orders through the NEXT e-commerce System at any time, 24 hours a day, with no limit on the number of orders.

After placing and initially confirming an order, Users must follow the online steps to complete the order confirmation or cancel the order.

An order is confirmed once the User pays the full amount in accordance with the payment instructions within 48 hours of placing the order. Confirmation of an order on NEXT constitutes the formation of a contract between the User and the Distributor.

If payment is not received in the designated account within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated; however, Users may place a new order if they wish.

Next Electronics LLC shall not be liable if an order is cancelled because the User fails to complete payment within 48 hours.

If a User who purchases through online financing voluntarily cancels their order, the loan service fee charged for processing and assessing the loan application is non-refundable.

If the delivered product is a different model from the one ordered or is defective, NEXT will offer the User the option of a replacement or a refund.

Users must carefully review the detailed product descriptions and information available in the System before placing an order. NEXT will not accept a return request after delivery solely because the User failed to review the product information adequately.

NEXT considers an order officially placed and confirmed once payment has been received in the designated official bank account in accordance with the specified payment instructions and requirements.

NEXT will send notifications to the User’s registered email address and mobile number when an order is placed, payment is made, and the products are received.

Depending on the time of order confirmation, transportation arrangements, and safety considerations, in-stock products will be delivered within 24–72 hours in Ulaanbaatar and 48–96 hours in other areas of Mongolia, calculated from the date full payment is received.

If the User pays through an online financing service, the ordered products will be delivered within 24–72 hours after the bank approves the loan application.

Users will be notified immediately of any delivery delays caused by unforeseen events, force majeure, public holidays, weather conditions, quarantine restrictions, disasters, or transportation disruptions arising from other factors. Delivery will be postponed until these circumstances have been resolved and delivery can proceed.

Depending on Next Electronics LLC’s operational procedures, the electronic receipt (E-Barimt) for an order will be sent to the User’s registered email address and made available in their profile within 3–7 business days after delivery.

Electronic receipts for products purchased from organizations that are not VAT-registered will provide lottery eligibility only.

Electronic receipts will not be issued for orders paid for using the NEXT Wallet.

The above provisions apply to electronic VAT receipts issued to both individuals and organizations.

You may purchase products and services on credit through the online financing service offered by Next Electronics LLC in partnership with Trade and Development Bank, Khan Bank, and Golomt Bank.

Any product or service available on NEXT may be purchased through financing. You must select the financing option and provide complete and accurate personal information.

If your loan application is approved, the delivery representative will bring your loan agreement when delivering the products or services covered by your application. The representative will verify your details against your national ID card and complete the agreement verification process before handing over the products.

You must make loan repayments according to the schedule specified in your agreement. Timely repayments may improve your eligibility and opportunities for future borrowing. If you fail to repay your loan, this information will be recorded in the Bank of Mongolia’s credit information database, which may prevent you from obtaining further loans from other banks or financial institutions.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you may request an alternative product or a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Users may cancel an order before delivery. The purchase amount will be refunded after deducting any associated delivery costs.

To return a purchased product, Users must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving it by calling 7719-9999 or emailing online@next.mn. Users may return the product in person or arrange for collection from their location.

Once the User has received the ordered products, returns are accepted under the following conditions. Returns are not permitted in circumstances other than those specified in these Terms:

• The product was damaged upon receipt.
• The User requested an exchange because the product was too large or too small, but the replacement product is out of stock.

Products with missing accessories or components, without their original packaging, or no longer in their original condition cannot be returned.

If a voucher was used to make the purchase, the voucher’s value cannot be refunded in cash.

If a defect becomes apparent during use after receipt, the User must notify the Company within 24 hours of receiving the product. The return will be processed based on an assessment by a warranty service engineer.

Refunds for returned products will be processed as follows:

• A 100% refund will be provided in the circumstances specified in Clauses 4 and 6.
• In exceptional circumstances, if both parties agree to accept the return of a product that is no longer in its original condition following consultation with a Company representative, 15%–30% of the purchase price will be deducted, depending on the product’s condition.
• The original delivery fee charged when the order was placed will be deducted from the refund for the products and services. If collection from the User’s location is required, an additional return delivery fee will be deducted at the same rate as the original delivery fee.
• Applicable deductions associated with the payment system used by the User will be applied to the purchase amount before the remaining balance is refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days, exclusively to the bank account from which the User made the original payment.

Users have the right to submit feedback and complaints regarding NEXT’s operations by completing the online “Submit Feedback” form.

Users must first submit their feedback or complaints through the method specified above or by contacting NEXT directly. Users must respect the reputation and operations of Next Electronics LLC and refrain from prohibited conduct, including disseminating information through public media in a manner that damages the Company’s reputation.

Upon receiving a complaint, NEXT will contact the User using the phone number or email address provided in the form to explain how the complaint will be addressed and the expected resolution timeframe. If the User is dissatisfied with NEXT’s response or the measures taken following its investigation, the User may refer the dispute to the courts of Mongolia for resolution.
